Special Interests: Nutrition, gastrointestinal growth factor research.
Dr. Corkins is Co-Director of the Nutritional Support Team at Riley Hospital for Children.

Joseph M. Croffie, M.D.

Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics
Special Interests: GI motility disorders; anorectal manometry, gastroduodenal manometry, colonic manometry, biofeedback treatment for severe childhood contipation.
Dr. Croffie's clinical and research expertise is in pediatric gastrointestinal motility disorders and biofeedback treatment of constipation. He is the Director of Gastrointestinal Motility Laboratory at Riley Hospital, the only such facility in the State of Indiana.

Joseph F. Fitzgerald, M.D.

Professor of Pediatrics
Special Interests: Inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, malabsorption.
Dr. Fitzgerald is one of the pioneers of pediatric endoscopy. He has written extensively on maladies affecting the function of hollow and solid organs of the abdomen, and on infant and pediatric nutrition.

Sandeep K. Gupta, M.D.

Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics
Special Interest: Esophageal diseases including allergic esophagitis and gastroesophageal reflux, nutrition, obesity, pediatric endoscopy.
Dr. Gupta conducts research on diseases of the upper GI tract including the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux and allergic esophagitis.

Joel D. R. Lim, M.D.

Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics
Special Interests: Gastrointestinal/liver drug metabolism, liver and small bowel transplantation, short bowel syndrome.
Dr. Lim's clinical expertise is in area of short bowel syndrome and transplantation. His research is in clinical pharmacology.

Jean Pappas Molleston, M.D.

Professor of Clinical Pediatrics
Special Interests: Acute and chronic liver disease, metabolic liver disease, viral hepatitis, fatty liver, liver transplantation, medical education.
Dr. Jean Molleston directs the Pediatric Liver Program and serves as Medical Director of the Pediatric Liver Tansplant Program. She conducts funded research of NASH (nonalcoholic steatohepatitis) and hepatitis C in children. Dr. Molleston succeeded Dr. Fitzgerald as Division Chief on July 1, 2005.

Marian D. Pfefferkorn, M.D.

Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics
Special Interest: Inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, anorectal dyfunction.
Dr. Pfefferkorn is Director of the Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship Training Program. Her main clinical and research interest is focused on inflammatory bowel disease.

Steven J. Steiner, M.D.

Assistant Professor of Pediatrics
Special Interests: Inflammatory bowel disease (including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis), nutrition.
Dr. Steiner's clinical and research interest is the nutritional status of children with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Funded by multiple grants, including a Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America Career Development Award, Dr. Steiner's research focuses on the matabolism of protein and calories in children with active inflammatory bowel disease, and how this metabolism is affected by medicinal nutritional therapy.

Stacy Keller, CPNP

Nurse Practitioner in Pediatric Gastroenterology
Ms. Keller sees infants and children with constipation, esophageal reflux and abdominal pain.
